Here are some of the basic requirements needed to obtain BCDC financing:
- Established credit
- Bank participation where BCDC funds must be necessary for the project to proceed
- Two-year profitable operating history (A complete business plan may be required.)
- One full-time job created for each $15,000 in loan amount
- Project must meet BCDC credit analysis requirements
- Loans subject to availability of funds
If approved, funds are drawn and documents executed within 30 to 60 days.
